Colors TCG ~ Halloween 2024!

Wow! It's Halloween and I'm so excited to take part in my first spooky season event here on Colors!

This spooky season coincides perfectly with our international move to Wales. As such, my responses may be a little slow as we move into November!

Anyway, that's enough about the real-life terror of moving across the globe! You can have some candy for free, but if you have the time I would love to hear about something mundane that once terrified you!

Huh... I guess I must have been really good at that game, since I don't remember the game over screen :P

I was, however, absolutely terrified of the dinosaur that chases Crash! Like in a giddy, joyous fear kind of way.

Trick or Treat! I watched some scary movies like Scream, A Nightmare On Elm Street, Halloween and the second or third Friday The 13th when I was way too young -- and then I was super scared and paranoid, that the villains from them would come after me too, especially Freddy, so it was fun walking anywhere after dark and especially trying to sleep at all because Freddy uses nightmares to come at people. But it's fiiiiiiiiiine, I got over it at some point and these days I can watch them without the same happening at all, lol.

I got way too into Slenderman videos as a teen, and walking home along out dark, foggy roads in the middle-of-nowhere was super spooky :o I couldn't stop thinking that Slenderman could be there!

When I was a kid I used to think that there were monsters in the room next to the living room because it was so dark at night. Didn't help that I used to watch Goosebumps late at night lol

Trick or treat! I watched Night of the Living Dead when I was way too young and a scene where a char opens a door and a zombie is standing there fucked me up /o/ was terrified of opening closed doors at nighttime until I was like, 13

trick or treat! when i was a kid, my biggest fear was that i would bite into an apple and find out that there was a worm inside

I have a fear of dogs that genuinely impacts my life. Just today when I went on a walk, two dogs were running in the yard leashed to each other and the owner was trying to get them into the car but they ran into a whole second neighbor's yard!!!
